Virtual Assistant (Content, Social Media, Admin)

We are looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant to join our growing executive coaching company. In this role, you will support our content creation, repurposing and distribution by optimizing and formatting materials for various platforms. Additionally, you will prepare, organize, post and schedule the content on various platforms.
You should have solid experience with writing content (articles, social media posts, descriptions, image captions, etc) and be familiar with using AI tools for content creation. Experience with social media management, performing administrative tasks, and ability to follow processes is required. Experience in copywriting would be a bonus.
You will assist in processing weekly videos by creating summaries, transcriptions and time-stamping, and managing content on a membership site.
This is a full time remote role that requires someone self-motivated who can work independently, while keeping lines of communication open on a daily basis. As long as work is completed in a timely manner and all due dates are met, the assistant can have a flexible schedule to complete deliverables on a weekly basis, but must be available for daily communications and weekly team meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end content creation and repurposing, social media post creation, and distribution processes
• Use AI tools to write articles and other social media content based on our current content
• Format and optimize all content with images, videos, and hashtags for distribution on various platforms
• Managing our social media content calendar and ensure that we have content consistently going out on our platforms
• Collect social media metrics weekly and create weekly reports
• Creating written SOPs for company processes
• Assisting with client-support tasks and activities such as creating summary & timestamps of live session recordings and sending out emails
Requirements:
• High-level communication and organizational skills
• Strong copywriting and communication skills in English
• Familiar with using AI writing tools
• Experience in managing social media distribution across different platforms
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow processes
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Data-driven when solving problems
