The Position

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant – Copywriter who has really good English writing skills and can produce high quality blog posts, ebooks, email messages and other associated content.

Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to management team
– Conduct research and compile data as needed
– Create and maintain detailed process documentation and training programs
– Provide customer service and manage customer inquiries
– Schedule meetings and appointments
– Assist with email management and organization
– Manage social media accounts and post regularly
– Assist with other tasks as assigned

Requirements:
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
– Ability to create and maintain detailed process documentation and training programs
– Experience with customer service and managing customer inquiries
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
– Experience with virtual meeting tools such as Zoom and Teams
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
– Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role is a plus

Education and Experience:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is a plus
-1-2 years of experience working as a virtual assistant or in a similar role
