Are you a talented and driven individual with a passion for content creation and online education? Are you experienced in using AI ChatGPT, Canva design, slide deck creation, and Kajabi backend? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a full-time Virtual Assistant!
As a Virtual Assistant for our freelancing course creation business, your primary responsibility will be to take charge of the content creation process, allowing the business owner to focus on marketing and strategy. With over 5 years of experience in course creation, the business owner is seeking a reliable and skilled individual to help maintain the momentum of the business while balancing the demands of motherhood.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the business owner to understand course objectives, target audience, and content requirements.
Utilize AI ChatGPT to generate engaging and informative course content, ensuring high quality and accuracy.
Create visually appealing designs and graphics using Canva to enhance course materials and presentations.
Develop slide decks and presentations that effectively communicate key concepts and engage course participants.
Manage the backend of the Kajabi platform, including course setup, content upload, and student engagement.
Conduct thorough research on relevant topics to ensure course content remains current and valuable.
Organize and structure course materials in a logical and easy-to-follow format, maintaining consistency and clarity.
Collaborate with other team members, such as graphic designers or editors, to ensure seamless integration of content.
Requirements:
Proven experience in content creation and management, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
Proficiency in AI ChatGPT, Canva design, slide deck creation, and Kajabi backend.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also functioning well within a team.
A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus.
