We are a brand new UGC agency specializing in creating compelling ads and organic content for brands on TikTok. Our team is passionate about leveraging the power of social media to drive engagement and brand awareness.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team on a long-term basis. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping us manage clients, create and post content, and handle various administrative tasks. This role requires someone who is tech-savvy, creative, can dive in to market research about a brand, organized, and has experience in marketing.

Responsibilities:

Create and Plan post on LinkedIn with Taplio. (will show you)
Email and negotiate with UGC creators, send contracts, and manage clients on Slack.
Conduct market analysis of brands and competitors to inform content strategies.
Generate ideas for TikTok ads and scripts using Ad library and tools we use to find engaging ads.
Manage projects and tasks on our ClickUp.
Provide support as needed.
Requirements:

Experience with social media platforms, particularly TikTok.
Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with talents and clients.
Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp.
Prior experience in marketing or related fields.
