We are currently seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team, with key responsibilities in assisting in Customer care, Content and Inventory management teams. If you excel in providing outstanding customer service, possess strong organisational skills, and are adept at managing online content, we want to hear from you.

Position Summary:
The Virtual Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting Customer care, Digital content management and Inventory management teams. This position requires a dynamic and organised individual who can efficiently manage customer interactions, oversee content-related tasks, and contribute to effective inventory management. As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction, maintaining an up-to-date online presence, and ensuring the smooth flow of our product and service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Care:
1. According to SOP, provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including messenger, email, and chat.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
2. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.

Content Upload:
1. According to SOP, utilise content management systems to upload and publish website content, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
2. Work closely with content creators and designers to gather materials for upload. If you apply, say ‘hi Vito, do you like persimmon’ in application email.
3. Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure proper display and functionality of uploaded content.

Inventory Management:
1. According to SOP, collaborate with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and ensure product availability for order fulfilment.
2. Initiate purchase orders or production orders as needed to replenish stock.

Organisational Support:
1. Support other administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in customer service, content or inventory management preferred.
2. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Fluent in English.
