Virtual Assistant – Customer Engagement and Success

Role Overview:

We are seeking a positive and hardworking Virtual Assistant to join our team and play a crucial role in customer service, success, and engagement within our online real estate investing education platform. The ideal candidate will have the ability to make quick and independent decisions, be proactive in addressing customer needs, and demonstrate a strong focus on delivering thoughtful customer experiences. This position offers the opportunity to start part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time role as the company expands.

Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries and service requests promptly and professionally.
– Engage with customers through direct messages, providing encouragement and conducting progress check-ins.
– Assist in on-boarding new customers, welcoming them into the community through live calls.
– Work towards managing and leading a team of virtual assistants as the company scales.
– Collaborate with the team to enhance customer engagement strategies and processes.
– Upload zoom recordings with proper formatting and descriptions.
– Schedule events inside our education platform Circle.
– Create graphics / cover photos for community posts / online workshops.
– Regularly pull online platform community data and organize into admin sheets for review.

Qualifications:

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
– Proven ability to make quick decisions and problem-solve effectively.
– Prior customer service or engagement experience.
– Detail oriented and focused on providing quality work.
– Knowledge of real estate is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
– Experience and familiarity using Canva for simple graphic designs is a bonus.

Work Commitment:

– 20 hours per week with the potential for growth into a full-time position.
– Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the business and expand responsibilities over time.
