Position: Virtual Assistant/Customer Care
Tools and Software:
MS Office
Onedrive
Gmail
Preferred methods of communication: Email/Calls
Time Zone: CET
Shift: Full-time 8am – 5pm
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create company systems/workflows
Make sure projects and tasks are complete
Build and nurture relationships between our tenants and the company
Calling prospective clients using a list of phone numbers provided
Scheduling and doing follow-ups in a timely manner
Field basic questions and concerns about the services
Schedule consultations between the prospective client and the company’s retail team director
Keep a detailed log of upcoming problems, so if they can’t be solved on the same day, no information gets lost.
Update spreadsheets and Trello Boards, follow-up schedules, and missing or wrong information that needs to be updated
Work closely with the data Head of Operation to make sure that all priorities are set right.

SOFT SKILLS:
Must be fluent in both written and spoken English
Quick learner and problem solver
Must have initiative when it comes to work
Ability to follow directions and execute tasks with minimal to no supervision
