Job Description

As a virtual assistant at 3 The Hard Way, you will provide comprehensive support to our sales agency and assist with various projects and tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Customer Communication:

Communicate effectively with customers and clients via phone, email, and other channels.
Assist with customer inquiries, orders, and product information to ensure a positive customer experience.
Help build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.

2. Project and Task Management:

Help manage projects and tasks to ensure timely completion and delivery.
Coordinate with team members to set deadlines and monitor progress.

3. Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.
Handle general inquiries and administrative tasks as needed to support daily operations.

4. Flexible Hours:

Be available to work flexible hours to accommodate the Pacific Standard Time (PST) timezone.
Adjust work schedule as necessary to meet project deadlines and business needs.

5. Excel Proficiency:

Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management, analysis, and reporting.
Generate insights and recommendations based on Excel data analysis to support decision-making.

Expect a long-term role with room for growth. Approximately 3-5 hours a day to start, but this can grow if you are good.

Requirements:

Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage projects and tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of how to deal with warm leads
Laptop/Computer with 64-bit processor (Windows or Mac)
Fast and reliable internet connection
