**The Role:
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who can wear multiple hats and assist in various administrative, customer service, and marketing support tasks. This is a full-time position (38 hours per week) with working hours aligned to AEST (09:00 – 17:00).

**Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Support our team with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and strong attention to detail.
Assist in marketing activities, including content creation, social media management, and campaign coordination.
Help maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement new ideas for improving client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Proven administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
