Job Description

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company and we are looking for a virtual assistant/customer service employee. If you have experience as a virtual assistant/customer service representative, working with Shopify stores and have a strong interest in working in the e-commerce industry, we would like to meet you.

Our ideal candidate is organized, timely and has exceptional written communication skills and is a ‘’people person’’ with great customer service skills. You know how to handle disputes in a polite and professional way.

Job description:
-Prompt chat and email response to customers
-Develop customer service solutions to avoid disputes and maintain service level
-Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
-Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
-Coordinate with the supplier to get order updates and price quotes
-Handling Klarna and PayPal disputes in a professional manner

Requirements:
-Excellent English writing and verbal skills
-At least a year of prior experience with customer service or virtual assistant + familiarity within the e-commerce industry
-Experience with the Shopify platform and Shopify apps such as Zendesk etc.
-Fast response time in Europe Amsterdam Time Zones
-Good and stable Wifi connection
-Must be registered as a freelancer

What we offer you:

-You will be responsible for the customer service of 2 different e-commerce companies and multiple stores (3-4)
-This function will take around 10 hours a week to start with, but the number of hours will very soon be increased to +- 20 hours per week with the possibility of more (40 hours). We expect you to be flexible and open for more working hours. For this role you will need to be available for 5 days per week at least 3-4 hours a day.
-Outlook on handling more e-commerce brands and stores in the near future.

We are looking for a candidate that is ready to start ASAP. There are a few tasks that will need to be completed before being accepted (you will be paid for your time). If you are chosen for the role, we will expect you to begin within the week.
