What You’ll Do:
General Administrative Duties: Take charge of inbox and calendar management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Handle payroll monthly, client invoicing, and Xero reconciliation with precision and care.
Events Company Work: Unleash your creativity in social media management by crafting engaging posts and scheduling them effectively. Hone your writing skills and learn to drive traffic through SEO-optimized blog creation (don’t worry, we’ve got training!). Elevate customer service experiences by managing emails and responding to clients. Also coordinate seamlessly with DJs for upcoming events to make sure they have everything they need.
Property Management: Manage financial transactions with ease, including payments to owners, VAT report production, fee invoice settlements, and tenant invoicing, ensuring all financial aspects are handled efficiently and accurately. Full training and SOPs provided.
