Join Our Team as a Rockstar Virtual Assistant!

Are you a highly skilled Virtual Assistant ready to take on exciting challenges? We’re on the hunt for an experienced and motivated virtual assistant to join our team and contribute to the success of our thriving e-commerce/dropshipping brand.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Extraordinaire: Handle customer inquiries and concerns through various channels including email, live site chat (Gorgias), and social media messages/comments. Your excellent English fluency and exceptional interpersonal skills will shine as you ensure our customers’ needs are met with professionalism and care.

• Efficient Order Fulfillment: You’ll manage order fulfillment and coordination, and if you’re experienced with AliExpress and DSers, that’s a huge plus. Your attention to detail and organizational prowess will ensure orders are processed smoothly and accurately.

• Social Media Maestro: Engage with our community! Moderate and respond to social media comments and messages to boost our online presence. If you have experience with moderating accounts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok, even better!

Requirements:

• Be available daily, Monday through Friday, via messages and occasional calls when needed. Must be 100% fluent in English.

• Shopify Savvy: Experience with Shopify is a must. Familiarity with its features and functions will make you a valuable asset from day one.

• Customer Care Pro: Deliver unparalleled customer experiences through email, live chat, and social interactions. Your positivity and problem-solving skills will be the cornerstone of our customer satisfaction.

• Order Perfectionist: Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in order fulfillment processes. Your meticulous approach will ensure that each order is accurate, complete, and ready for delivery.

• Tech-Ready: Have your own computer and a reliable internet connection. You’ll be our virtual champion, and a smooth connection is essential.

Nice to Have:

• Gorgias Guru: Experience with Gorgias or similar customer service platforms is a plus.

• DSers Dynamo: Familiarity with DSers can give you a head start in managing our order processes.

• Weekend Warrior: If you’re available over the weekends, that’s a great bonus!
