Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant Customer Service Professional to join our team. This position offers an hourly rate of $6 and starts at part-time with 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to progress to full-time as you become trained and proficient in executing tasks independently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound customer service calls, focusing on closing sales and generating revenue, while utilizing our Ring Central call system and Service Titan system. Additionally, candidates should possess experience or knowledge in skilled trades such as Plumbing, Heating & Air, Septic, and Excavation.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound customer service calls to potential leads.
• Close sales and generate revenue through effective communication and persuasion.
• Utilize Ring Central call system and Service Titan system proficiently to document in detail.
• Handle various job duties as trained upon and assigned throughout the period.
• Ensure accountability and follow-through on tasks and leads.
• Communicate accurately, clearly, and in detail to customers and team members giving job duties.
• Demonstrate expertise in the company’s skilled trades, including Plumbing, Heating & Air, Septic, and Excavation.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Requirements:
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in outbound customer service or sales roles preferred.
• Ability to work effectively within a remote team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection with minimal downtime.
• Computer with dual screens, headset, and other necessary equipment.
• Residence in an area with minimal power outages and if so has a generator.
• Availability to work part-time with the potential to transition to full-time.
