Job Title: Experienced Virtual Assistant / Customer Support Representative

Location: Remote
Type: Part-Time (Up to 20 Hours a week)
Working Hours: Flexible, but must check in a minimum of 1 hour per day (Mon-Fri).
Salary: $6-$8 USD/hr, based on experience

Job Description:

Are you a highly organized and customer-centric individual with exceptional communication skills? Are you passionate about digital courses and membership businesses? If so, we want you to join our team as a Virtual Assistant / Customer Support Representative!

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant / Customer Support Representative to provide top-notch assistance and support to our valued members.

Responsibilities:

1. **Customer Support:**
– Respond to customer inquiries and support requests via email, chat, and other communication channels promptly and professionally.
– Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns and questions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

2. **Membership Management:**
– Assist in the management of digital membership portal and customer database, including onboarding, access provisioning, and account management.
– Ensure that customers have a seamless experience with their digital course materials and membership benefits.

3. **Content Access Support:**
– Assist customers with technical issues related to accessing and navigating our digital courses, including troubleshooting login or content access problems.

4. **Administrative Tasks:**
– Assist in administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and helping to organize events or webinars.

5. **Minor graphic design or video editing support:**
– Assist in Minor graphic design or video editing support. Assist in Powerpoint slides for membership content. Proficiency in Canva is a must.

Requirements:

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Strong attention to detail.
– Strong empathy and patience for dealing with customer inquiries and concerns.
– Minimum (3 years+) Experience in customer support or virtual assistance, especially in a digital course or membership business, is a plus.
– Proficiency in using customer support tools and various platforms for running a digital platform, including:
– Canva
– Convertkit
– Kajabi
– Smartsuite / Airtable
– Stripe
– Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
– Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
– A genuine passion for personal development.
– Reliable internet connection and the ability to work from a remote location.
