Job Overview:
We are in search of a skilled Virtual Assistant familiar with managing tasks for Shopify dropshipping stores. If you embody professionalism, have strong problem-solving skills, and can efficiently handle diverse tasks in the ecommerce realm, we invite you to join us. Key Responsibilities:
Address and resolve customer queries on Gmail with proficiency in English.
Efficiently process refunds following our company’s guidelines.
Resend products to customers when required.
Organize and manage data of influencers showing interest, follow up on their interactions, and ensure timely product dispatches to them.
Maintain regular communication with our support team via Slack.
Uphold a high standard of professionalism and courtesy at all times.
Moderate social media comments and direct messages on platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
Generating weekly/monthly reports on customer queries, feedback, and other relevant metrics.
Keeping an updated log of common customer issues to help improve the product/service.
Other future tasks may be assigned based on business needs and your areas of expertise.
Willingness to undergo further training as the business evolves or introduces new tools/technologies.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably for dropshipping stores.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities or tasks.
Familiarity with using platforms like Gmail and Gorgias.

Knowledge of Shopify, Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Gmail, Sheets, Calendar), Notion, ChatGPT, and Meta Business Suite.

This position is hourly, with the exact hours to be finalized.
