Job Description

We are hiring 3-4 full-time Customer Happiness Specialists to join our team (Working hours vary between 8 am MST to 8 pm MST)

TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES
(We have tutorials for these on our customer service ticketing system)

Scheduling: Coordinate logistics for services with clients and technicians
Chats/Calls/Emails: Respond to correspondences from customers and technicians throughout the day
Leadership: Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
Account Management: Onboarding new clients and handling customer retention
Quality control: Check services for quality before delivering to clients
Content management: Uploading, downloading, and sharing large files to and from clients
Note:
– We have a quality control person but you need to learn how to do quality control in her absence
– We have a content management person but you will also have to learn it in his absence

REQUIREMENTS
– EXCELLENT written and verbal English communication skills
– 2+ years of Customer Service experience
– High school or College level education
– Internet speed of 10mbps download / 5mbps upload or faster
– Willingness to work full-time for us as your sole employer
– Own your own computer and headset for calls
– MUST have backup internet and power
– Experience with managing staff/departments is a STRONG advantage
– Experience using a customer support ticketing system or ZENDESK is a PLUS

PAY, BONUS, and OTHER PERKS
– The pay will be determined based on your level of skill and the other people who apply for the job but the offer starts at $3.5 to 4/hr
– Quarterly Bonus – profit sharing: This will be explained once you are onboarded
