Position Overview:
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team and manage customer support through email correspondence. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be solution seeking, and demonstrate a genuine care for our customers. This position requires proficiency in English grammar and the ability to effectively communicate in another language through translation tools.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally via email.
2. Provide empathetic and personalized assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved.
3. Utilize translation tools to communicate effectively with customers in another language, maintaining accuracy and clarity in responses.
4. Collaborate with team members to identify solutions to common customer issues and help improve overall customer satisfaction.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and takeaways.
6. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer support processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent written communication skills in English, with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
2. Proficiency in another language, with the ability to translate emails accurately and efficiently.
3. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not required.
4. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
5. Motivated and proactive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Familiarity with email management systems and basic computer skills.
8. Flexibility to work 8 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours as we’re expending rapidly.
