Virtual Assistant & Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst at Bostic Land Co, you will be responsible for taking raw data files and cleaning them up by cross referencing other data sources, while also deleting bad data following the rule sets our company has created. Further, you will develop an aptitude for analyzing real estate and use your analysis to filter good and bad properties that we would like to add as a prospect.

Time Commitment:
This role is a full time role and it is expected that the Data Analyst is prompt with their communication. Much of the work can be completed on your own time, but you must have the window of 11:00a – 6:00p eastern time available for corresponding internally with other team members you will be supporting.

Tech Stacks:
We use Click to view as our CRM and Project Management software, Discord as our messaging platform, excel for data cleaning (no google sheets), and the google suit for storing and processing files.

Compensation:
Compensation for this role typically begins at $5.00/hr. Starting pay is based upon experience. There are performance based pay incentives involved in this role.

We will send you a work sample project to the email that you submitted your DISC assessment. The work sample should take a couple hours to complete. Please follow the directions accordingly.

Interview with CEO of Bostic Land Co. This will be a conversation to learn about your motivation behind joining this company, provide you an opportunity to learn more about the company, and finally ask any questions you have about this role.
