Role Overview:

This position demands a candidate with a deep understanding of e-commerce dynamics, ready to take on the challenge of managing our online presence and inventory across platforms like Amazon. Utilizing tools like Linnworks for inventory management and demonstrating expertise in Google Sheets and Excel for data analysis are pivotal aspects of this role. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, capable of swiftly assimilating new processes, a keen analyst able to dissect data to unveil actionable insights, and a committed team player adept at remote collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Run Daily Reports and Processes: Execute essential daily operations and produce reports, ensuring adherence to established workflows and the smooth running of our e-commerce activities.

Inventory Management: Use management tools to efficiently monitor and manage stock levels, orders, and logistics, guaranteeing operational efficiency.

Data Analysis: Analyze various data sets to discover trends and insights, guiding strategic decisions to enhance our market position. Experience with Qlik is highly regarded as it would be a significant asset in this role. Reporting and Process Optimization: Expertly manage detailed reporting and optimize processes using Google Sheets and Excel, contributing significantly to the continuous enhancement of our e-commerce strategy.

Operational Agility: Navigate day-to-day operational challenges with agility, working collaboratively to address and resolve emergent issues, thereby ensuring the team’s collective success.

Requirements:

Solid background in e-commerce, with comprehensive knowledge of online marketplaces.
Proficiency in inventory management software, preferably Linnworks, and expert skills in Google Sheets and Excel.
Exceptional ability to learn quickly and implement new tools and processes.
Strong analytical capabilities, with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
Experience with Qlik software is a huge plus, offering a significant advantage.
Ability to work flexibly, managing tasks independently and as part of a remote team.
