Position Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle various administrative tasks, with a primary focus on data entry, marketing audits, online pricing comparisons, and note-taking. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry:
o Accurately input, update, and maintain real estate data in various databases and spreadsheets.
o Ensure all data is correctly categorized and easily retrievable.
o Regularly review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
2. Marketing Audits:
o Conduct audits of marketing materials and campaigns to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
o Review phone numbers and links from google, , etc. and ensure they are properly working
o Save and send “Reviews” left on Google and for our portfolio properties Google and pages
o Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights.
3. Online Pricing Comparisons:
o Research and compare property prices across different platforms.
o Prepare detailed comparison reports to assist in pricing strategies.
4. Note Taking:
o Attend virtual meetings and take comprehensive notes.
o Summarize key points, action items, and deadlines.
o Distribute meeting notes to relevant team members promptly.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a virtual assistant or administrative assistant will be an advantage.
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
• Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and
• Familiarity with real estate industry practices and terminology is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with real estate management software.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online research tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and project management software.
