Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant specializing in data entry and presentation preparation, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and organized records while also creating visually engaging presentations for our team and clients. The ideal candidate should be proficient in data entry tasks, have a keen eye for design, and be comfortable working with tools like PowerPoint and Google Slides.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Data Entry:**
– Accurately input and update data into spreadsheets or databases.
– Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
– Organize and maintain electronic files and documents.

2. **Presentation Preparation:**
– Create visually appealing presentations using tools such as PowerPoint and Google Slides.
– Collaborate with team members to gather content and information for presentations.
– Ensure consistency in branding and design elements across all presentations.

3. **Communication and Collaboration:**
– Work closely with team members to understand project requirements.
– Communicate effectively to gather necessary information for data entry and presentations.
– Provide support to team members in managing administrative tasks.

**Qualifications:**
– Must be able to work over the weekends.
– Analytics / Decks need to be done by Monday morning
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
– Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Google Slides.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

**Additional Skills (Preferred):**

– Knowledge of project management tools.
– Basic graphic design skills.
– Familiarity with collaboration platforms like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
