Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Phone Contact Information and Data Entry

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role involve finding phone contact information, performing data entry tasks using Excel spreadsheets, and verifying phone numbers for accuracy. Strong English proficiency is required for effective communication and coordination with team members and clients. It is important to note that no communication with leads or individuals whose phone numbers are collected is expected or required for this position.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct online research and utilize various resources to find phone contact information.
• Perform data entry tasks using Excel spreadsheets to input and organize collected phone numbers.
• Verify the functionality of phone numbers by making test calls and ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain strong English language skills for effective communication within the team and with clients.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain data accuracy.
Qualifications:
• Excellent research skills with the ability to efficiently gather phone contact information.
• Proficiency in data entry using Excel spreadsheets for accurate and organized record-keeping.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and verification of phone numbers.
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.
• Strong English language skills, both written and verbal, for effective communication.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
• Proficient in using search engines, directories, and online platforms for research.
• Advanced skills in Excel for data entry and organization.
• Strong internet connection and access to necessary research tools.
• Reliable computer equipment and a quiet working environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a remote team.
This is a remote position with flexible working hours. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
