Hello! My name is Scotty, and I am personally hiring for this position. I am in need of a part-time, short-term (gig-based) virtual personal assistant and am looking to fill the position by the first week of January at the latest. This is a remote, part-time, and temporary role that I expect to last about 2 months, with the possibility for extension if you do good work. Requirements:
1. Professional fluency in English (speaking, writing, and reading).

4. Preferred: proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant data entry role, but I am willing to train the right candidate who can pick up technical processes quickly and is motivated to work efficiently.
5. Familiarity and/or ability for me to train you quickly on basic current technologies, like email, desktop sharing, video conferencing, copy/pasting, cloud services such as Google Docs and Sheets, and reasonable typing/working speed (although entry accuracy is of the utmost importance over speed).
6. Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
7. Excellent time management skills.

Job Description:
This position will provide administrative support for my personal needs. The primary duty is accessing and using various spreadsheet data that I provide you to fill out online forms. The workflow process I expect you to quickly pick up will go like this: Open a shared spreadsheet that I will provide, starting at the top of the list, and using the provided links next to each item, fill out the corresponding online forms with the information on the sheet. Before submitting the form, I will review the work you’ve performed until you get used to the process, and then we will mark the spreadsheet item as completed and move to the next item. After a few days, I expect you to be able to perform this process individually with limited guidance. The data you will be entering is detailed and requires a good understanding of the intricacies of the English language.

Salary:
$3.25 an hour x 4 weeks each month = $130 a month. This will be paid directly to you at the end of each week electronically. We will discuss available payment methods and specific details in our initial meetings. Once you have been offered a start date after the initial interviews, all subsequent sessions, including training, will be compensated at the hourly rate.
Work Hours:
This role is on standard Philippines (Manila PHST UTC+8) timezone, so no night shift or late working hours are required! The flexible 10 hours per week gig job means that the exact days and shift durations you work to complete the 10 hours a week are flexible around your current schedule as long as they are completed between 8am-8pm (Manila PHST UTC+8) timezone. We will discuss and agree on a working schedule during interviews. This allows us to meet online via video chat and work on certain tasks together and for me to support you and answer questions as needed. The total expected gig job duration is about 2 months with the possibility for extension.
