Virtual Assistant Data Reporting

1) Role
– Mainly focused on pulling data to assist the marketing team – functional areas are in lead generation and order management.
– Support marketing team with data-driven insights.
– Ensure accuracy and consistency in data handling.
– Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
– Adapt to new tools and technologies as needed.
– You will be working with a group of seven other Philippine-based IT professionals, which includes one data analyst with whom you will work most closely.

2) Responsibilities
– Collect data using web scraping tools, APIs and manual methods.
– Clean and preprocess data to ensure quality.
– Analyze data and provide actionable insights.
– Communicate findings and data interpretations to the marketing team.
– Manage data collection projects from inception to completion.

3) Skills
– Attention to Detail: Ensuring high accuracy and thoroughness.
– Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret data.
– Technical Proficiency: Excel / Google Sheets and ideally SQL and Python.
– Data Cleaning Skills: Experience in data cleaning and preprocessing.
– Data Visualization Skills: Familiarity with tools like Tableau or Power BI is an asset.

4) Qualifications
– Experience in the e-commerce world would be a definite asset.
– Proven track record of delivering accurate and reliable data.
– Strong understanding of data privacy and confidentiality principles.
– Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
– Understanding of key marketing metrics and how to measure them.
– Effective communication skills to relay findings to the marketing team.

5) Home-Based Setup
Work hours are Monday-Friday and would need to be consistent – start time of 5 PM Philippine time (4 PM or 6 PM may also work). If you are not able to meet this start time requirement please do not apply.
