2. Database Organization: Manage and organize a substantial database containing over 6000 contacts. Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring proper formatting, consistent fonts, spacing, and colors to maintain a professional and organized database.

3. Email Automation Management: Serve as an expert in email automation software, including tools like , Lemlist, and Instantly. Use these platforms to streamline communication and outreach efforts, ensuring timely and effective interactions with brand contacts.

4. Perfect English Communication: Maintain impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English, especially in email correspondence. You’ll be responsible for engaging with brand contacts professionally and effectively.

5. Time Zone Adherence: Work within the US time zone and demonstrate flexibility to adapt to different time zones, if necessary, to accommodate our global operations.

6. Analytical Skills: Apply analytical thinking to assess the effectiveness of email campaigns and data management processes. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize our workflows.

7. Self-Starter Mentality: Take initiative and demonstrate a proactive approach to your work. Be resourceful and adaptable, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity.
