We are looking for an enthusiastic and self motivated team member to join our highly-reviewed dental clinic as a Dental patient Treatment Coordinator.
The role of a Dental Patient Treatment Coordinator is incredibly important to the patient experience that we provide at our dental practices.
You will be the first point of contact for patients that are looking to learn more about the life-changing dental treatments and services we provide.
You will spend your time managing cosmetic dental enquiries, and provide 1-2-1 consultations for
those interested in learning more.
You will become the bridge between our patients and our clinical team, ensuring that the patient is
provided with exceptional care throughout their time with us.
You will also work along side the Marketing Manager, and have access to our social media pages –
and will be involved in helping us create exciting content for our social media channels!
You will be provided with the freedom to be creative within your role to help us grow our company!
The role is ideal for someone who understands and appreciates the importance of customer
experience, is passionate about general and cosmetic dental treatments and is looking to help drive
the practice forward and become an ambassador of the services provided by the clinic.
The role requires the candidate to be driven by performance and goals, as a bonus package may also be provided.

? You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you are reliable, have excellent English and typing skills with an understanding of the UK English language. You need to have a stable, reliable internet connection, own a good computer or laptop and be able to use word, Excel, google drive.
? You present yourself professionally and confidently.
? You have the ability to quickly build excellent rapport.
? You have a positive mental attitude and a ‘can do’ attitude
? You possess a minimum of 2 years of patient coordinator, retail, sales or account
management experience.
