Virtual Assistant – Digital Marketing

We are recruiting an experienced Virtual Digital Marketer for a UK based client to support them across their property business. This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual that is looking to join a vibrant and growing real estate company.
You will be working as part of a UK based team and will be required to work flexibly a minimum of 4 hours a day (UK hours).
You will be responsible for a range of digital marketing for lead generation and analysis activities including social media and content writing, advising the team at the daily team meetings as well as supporting the business with other related activities.
You must be able to develop a plan for digital marketing and use analytics to assess results, be creative as well as technical and have experience of working with an existing client base and working as part of a team.

Role Type:
This is a permanent position required for a minimum of 4 hours a day (UK hours) but with flexibility for an increase in hours.
This role requires the team member to work remotely from home.
Rate:
£4 an hour – the terms of which will be determined by the client.

You will be working directly in with the UK based Marketing Lead and will be accountable and report directly through to them. You will also work with other key team members.
You will be required to work a minimum of 4 hours a day this may be flexible depending on the work to be done, but you must be available for daily UK planning meetings.
Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Virtual Digital Marketing Assistant for a UK based client to work across a range of their business interests.
You will have both a creative and technical skillset as you will be responsible for systemising the marketing activities within the business, using data and tracking to analyse impact of the marketing activities, as well as being able to write copy and content for their social media and blog activities and manage their social media accounts.
You will be working directly with UK based marketing Lead and with other members of the team.
This is a new role for the client in his business and your hours may increase over time as the role expands.
Duties and Responsibilities
As a minimum your role will be to:
• Set up and systemise the marketing processes in the business
• Set up analytics to track the impact of the marketing activity on the business
• Write copy and content for social media, digital marketing and website
• Support and manage email campaigns
• Contribute to the production of monthly newsletters
• Lead generation activities and tracking of that
• Contribute to social media campaigns – using data to advise on the success of post engagement
• Set up Click-funnels and oversee those
• Monitoring and reporting on the outcome of the various marketing activities to help target activities

Required Experience/Skills
• Excellent English both written and oral
• Minimum 1 years VA experience
• Graduate level education
• You must be able to set up and follow systems
• Data literate – able to set up and track metrics
• Experienced in Click Funnels
• Content writing abilities
• Social media savvy
• Able to work as part of a team

Pay & Benefits Summary
