Opportunity for a Digital Marketer to join a Coaching business that’s genuinely passionate about transforming other people’s lives. Our target market is coaches that are struggling with systems to get their business to 10k per month using organic lead generation
Responsibilities
? Work closely with the Founder to develop effective digital marketing strategies
? Manage the paid Facebook & Instagram Social Media Campaigns.
? Hit the KPI’s required for cost per lead, cost per booked call, and the cost to acquire a client.
? Update all Facebook paid data metrics daily in an excel spreadsheet.
? Launch, develop and manage FB Ad Campaigns to produce leads for us to sell into our programs.
? Give consistent reports daily on Paid Marketing campaign results.
? Build landing pages & Set up funnels in Clickfunnels.
? Use Zapier to send facebook marketing data form inside of facebook to an excel spreadsheet.
? Build emails blasts in hubspot and set up automations based on lead responses.
? Use jotform or typeform to create forms that take people’s personal answers and data.
? Use zapier to connect jotform or typeform to clickfunnels and to an excel spreadsheet if required.
? Responsibility for staying within budget for all paid digital marketing.
? Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data to create the best Facebook Ad Campaigns for us.
? Connect jotform or typform and clickfunnels to hubspot so all leads are captured in our CRM.
? Connect the jotform or typeform to hubspot and to slack so we get notifications in slack as leads come in.

? Advanced to expert at Facebook Ads
? Advanced knowledge of Facebook Advertising
? Advanced to expert in creating Funnels using ClickFunnels
? Advanced to expert in using the Integration software Zapier. Automation and how to streamline processes.
? Advanced to expert in using hubspot
? Experience in using Google Drive
? Advanced to expert in using jotform or typeform
? Advanced to expert in collecting and analysing Facebook Ads data that is transferred to an excel spreadsheet.
? Have experience and be an expert to use facebook ads metrics to know which ads and adsets and campaigns to cut, which ones to vary and which ones to scale based on that data.
? Have experience and be an expert in scaling ad spend to at least $1000 per day and keeping lead cost within KPI.

1. Our ad spend will be start at $1000-$3000/ month
2. Within 2 months we must be at least a 2X ROI on cash collected from Facebook Ad leads based on ad spend and cost of your services to run the Ads.

Paid Marketing KPI’s to hit within 4 months
1. Our ad spend will be at least $5k-$10k/ month
2. We must be at least a 2X ROI on cash collected from Facebook Ad leads based on ad spend and cost of your services to run the Ads.

? The dollar amount you spent on paid ads.
? IMPRESSIONS
? The number of times your ad was displayed.
? CLICKS
? The total number of times someone clicked your ad.
? CPC, OR COST PER CLICK
? The dollar amount you pay each time someone clicks your ad. In a well-targeted campaign that’s resonating with an audience, this number will go down.
? CAC, OR CUSTOMER ACQUISITION COST
? This number compares the dollar amount a customer pays you with the price of acquiring the customer.
? LTV, OR LIFETIME VALUE
? The average dollar value of a single customer, taking into account how long they remain customers and how many purchases they make. LTV is a valuable metric because CAC doesn’t account for everything (what happens if a customer makes another purchase a few months later?).
Role summary:
The primary purpose of the role is to grow the business through the use of paid advertising. This involves strategising, planning and implementing paid advertising campaigns across various channels. In order to drive the best results possible, it will be essential to track the performance of the ads, optimise based on the results and provide relevant reports to the CEO when required.
This role will be responsible for management of the paid funnel and the end-to-end customer experience. From making recommendations on the creative all the way to getting the lead to schedule a call with the sales team. This may include things like management of the landing pages, the automated email sequence, text messages, etc.
It will also be important to manage the budgets and work towards predetermined KPI’s.
In order to be successful in the role it will be essential to understand the target market, keep an eye on the competitors and their strategies, stay up to date with industry trends and technologies, ongoing training, attend industry events and build ongoing relationships with media partners.
As part of this role I will be required to maintain a presence on social media through the scheduling of emails through hubspot This includes the creation and scheduling of email blasts in hubspot based off my copy.
I will be writing the copy for all ads. I will also be the one to advise on what type of Facebook Ad campaigns we should do. However I do expect you can provide advice on this also based on your experience when needed.
In order to get the content created for Facebook ads it may be necessary you manage contractors, freelancers and virtual assistants who will all be approved by the company.
Reporting on the performance of these channels is required daily so that decisions can be made on what type of content is effective at achieving internal KPI’s. Alongside reporting, actions should be taken to achieve internal KPI’s.
