Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist/SMM to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and digital content creation, with strong skills in video editing, graphic design, and digital marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
-Video editing for reels and YouTube content, ensuring high-quality visuals and engaging storytelling.
-Creation and management of newsletters, including client communication and email marketing campaigns.
-Transcribing audio files to PDF format for distribution and accessibility.
-Proficiency in Canva for course creation and graphic design projects.
-Website creation and editing using platforms such as Squarespace, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing online presence.
-Designing promotional materials including flyers, banners, and social media graphics using Canva or similar tools.
-Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support business goals and objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
-Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including but not limited to: website, social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising.
-Create and curate engaging content for digital channels, including website, blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns, to attract and retain customers.
-Monitor and manage digital marketing budgets, expenses, and timelines to ensure efficient use of resources and timely delivery of projects.
Requirements:
– 2+ years experience in the same field
-Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
-Familiarity with website creation and editing platforms, particularly Squarespace.
-Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
