Our perfect candidate is a star when it comes to managing all the moving pieces involved in an array of marketing projects, content creation, lead generation and launches. You’re detail-oriented, organized, and great at juggling the different timelines and people involved in various initiatives. At the end of the day, you find joy in “closing the loop” and completing tasks and projects because you know that means you made a positive difference.

Create stellar content in digital formats. The Content Manager will create (research, write, edit and produce) paid training course, bonus and membership experience content, podcast content (such as scripts and show notes), as well as content marketing materials. The number one goal of this position is to turn our customers’ and potential customers’ biggest challenges and obstacles into actionable solutions that will lead them to experience massive success.

Our dream VA is open to finding their own rhythm that serves their life while aligning with the guiding principle of “until the job is done”.

That said, the online marketing world doesn’t take breaks — that’s why we need our team members to be flexible, too. The tasks required in this role typically fit into a Monday – Thursday 8 am – 5 pm schedule but during product launches and busy seasons, we tend to tap into hours outside that range.

Duties and Responsibilities

Skills, Abilities and Experience
2+ years experience in the world of digital marketing, Content Management, launches, and project management
The ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously — you get things done and meet deadlines
Detail oriented and maintain high standards when it comes to quality
A strong understanding of the importance of high-quality content in the digital marketing stratosphere and intimate knowledge of all the steps involved in the creation process
You are a thinker AND a doer. This position is a mix of both. You can come up with creative content and you also don’t hesitate to jump in and implement
You are a talented writer
You are incredibly organized
You are the type of person that can spot a typo from a mile away
You have a genuine interest in online marketing strategies and principles
You have a good design eye and can communicate how to make written content aesthetically pleasing in terms of graphics and slide decks
