Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Document Collection and Client Follow-Up Specialist (Part-Time)
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team of professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing remote assistance to our clients in securing grants by ensuring that all required documents are collected, reviewed, and submitted in a timely manner. This is a part-time position, requiring 4 hours of work per day, Monday through Friday, 11 am – 3 pm New York time. The job offers a competitive monthly salary of $600.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contact clients who have applied for grant assistance but have not yet submitted all necessary documents.
2. Provide clear and professional communication with clients, both via phone and email.
3. Follow a checklist of required documents, ensuring that all items are received, reviewed, and confirmed as accurate and complete.
4. Maintain consistent and timely follow-up with clients regarding missing, incorrect, or incomplete documents.
5. Communicate effectively with internal team members regarding client progress and any potential issues or concerns.
6. Manage and maintain accurate client records in our database, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
2. At least 1-2 years of experience in a financial or legal field, with a strong understanding of the documentation requirements and processes involved in grant applications.
3. Proficient in using various computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems.
4. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
5. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and develop efficient solutions.
6. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with others.
7. Reliable and stable high-speed internet connection, along with high-quality headphones for clear and professional VOIP communication.
8. Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Finance, Business Administration, or Legal Studies) is preferred but not required.
