About the role:
1. Attend and reply to ebay messages
2. Complaint handling and work under pressure
3. Attend to return and Item not received cases
4. Communicate with various suppliers
5. Be the bridge between suppliers and customers
6. Record keeping in google sheet
Work Hours:
1. Work hours are set Monday to Saturday, Day off is Sunday
2. Minimum 4 hours per day, 6 days a week
3. Morning Shift – Start time is Philippine’s time between 7am or 8am everyday
Qualities needed to be successful:
1. Good skill in written English
2. Previous experience working in ebay customer service
3. Ability to handle complaint from customers
4. Able to start Philippines time between 7am-8am and can work through during the day
5. Attention to detail
6. Resilience to work under pressure
7. This role is suitable for serious candidate looking for full time work, Monday – Saturday.
8. Able to work minimum 20 hours per week
