Job Description:

As a Virtual Assistant – E-commerce Listings and Ad Posting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our online presence. You will be responsible for creating and managing product listings, posting ads on multiple platforms, and ensuring our products are presented in the best possible way to attract and convert customers.

Responsibilities:
• Create and manage product listings on Shopify, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Develop and post ads on various ad platforms, including social media, Google Ads, and other relevant networks.
• Optimize product listings for SEO to improve search rankings and visibility.
• Ensure all product information is accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to company guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and platform updates to ensure best practices are followed.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, specifically within e-commerce.
• Proficiency in managing listings and ads on Shopify and Amazon.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Familiarity with ad platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
