Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Service Customer Advisor: Provide exemplary customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism, leveraging excellent English communication skills.
Product Listing and SEO Optimization: Craft compelling product descriptions and optimize web content for search engines, ensuring the use of impeccable English to enhance visibility and engagement.
Social Media Community Manager: Engage our online community, manage social media accounts, and develop content strategies, utilizing outstanding English skills for captivating communication.
E-Commerce Store Manager: Oversee daily operations of our e-commerce platform, including inventory, orders, and performance analytics, with a strong command of English for clear reporting and documentation.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for blogs, email marketing, and promotional materials, showcasing exceptional English writing skills to captivate and educate our audience.
CEO Assistant: Assist the CEO with various administrative tasks, including email management, scheduling, and project coordination, requiring professional level English for efficient communication.
Ad Hoc Passionate Tasks: Embrace additional projects with enthusiasm, applying your unique skills and interests to promote our brand, with mastery of English enhancing every task.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, preferably within the fashion industry, with a portfolio demonstrating excellence in English.
Strong understanding of the modest fashion market and its consumers.
Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal, for effective communication, content creation, and customer engagement.
Proficiency in office software, e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), SEO tools, and social media platforms.
Creative and analytical thinking abilities, with attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, English, or related field is preferred.
