We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Freelance Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist in running our dropshipping store. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a critical role in managing various aspects of our e-commerce business, including product sourcing, order fulfillment, customer service, and general administrative tasks. In addition to Photoshop or Canva knowledge as you will be creating and managing product listings and images.
Responsibilities:
Shopify Store Management: Take charge of the day-to-day operations of our Shopify store, including product listings, inventory management, order processing, and customer support.
Administrative Tasks: Provide assistance with general administrative duties such as data entry, record keeping, and generating reports.
Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with team members including marketing, content writers, and developers to ensure seamless store operations and accomplish business objectives.
Research and Analysis: Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends, market competition, and industry best practices to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Experience: Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in e-commerce, with a strong focus on Shopify store management, is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in utilizing Shopify is essential as is import/exporting of data from excel, csv and other similar formats. Familiarity with e-commerce marketing tools and platforms such as social media management tools, email marketing software, and SEO tools is highly advantageous. Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva also a requirement.
Social Media: We will require posting to Instagram, Facebook, and other similar platforms. We also plan on working with TikTok Shops and influencers to push our products and services.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary. The ability to interact professionally with customers and effectively collaborate with team members is vital.
Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects concurrently.
Problem-Solving: A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to think critically and independently troubleshoot issues.
Availability: Flexibility in working hours to accommodate different time zones. We will start you off p/t and go from there. We will begin @ 20hrs per week (set schedule), and will adjust accordingly.
