We are a dynamic and growing e-commerce business specializing in a variety of categories, including clothing, shoes, accessories, home & garden, and health and beauty products. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team full-time. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Job Description:
As a Full-Time Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to listing items on eBay, cross-listings, account management, and handling buyer messages. The applicant will have prior experience in these roles and possess strong communication skills. We are looking for someone who is coachable, detail-oriented, and proactive in bringing new ideas to the team.

Responsibilities:
– Create and optimize listings EFFICIENTLY for new and used items across multiple categories on eBay.
– Manage inventory and ensure accurate product listings and descriptions.
– Utilize eBay’s “sell on like this” feature to streamline listing processes.
– Price items competitively and strategically to maximize sales potential.
– Manage cross-listing of items to various platforms including Poshmark, Mercari, and Facebook using Vendoo.
– Maintain prompt and professional communication with customers, responding to emails in a timely manner.
– Meet productivity targets, aiming to list 10+ items (minimum) per hour after the initial onboarding period.
– Monitor and update pricing and promotions.
– Handle customer inquiries, messages, and feedback promptly and professionally.
– Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement new strategies for increasing sales and improving efficiency.
– Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve performance.

Requirements:
– Minimum 1 year of experience in eBay listings.
– Excellent at pricing items competitively but strategically.
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant on eBay listing and account management.
– Strong proficiency in eBay platform, including listing creation, optimization, and account management.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
– Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
– Coachable attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes.
– Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and generating innovative ideas.
– Reliable internet connection and access to necessary software and tools.
– Ability to adapt and learn new processes quickly.
– Experience with cross-listing platforms such as Poshmark & Mercari using Vendoo

How to Apply:

4. Upload this screen recording into the same google drive folder.

Time matters, we will be evaluating the time it takes you to do listings. Strategic pricing also matters. We will review this in addition to your application.

You can use the software extension ‘loom’ with a free trial for screen recording or you can download software such as ‘OBS’ to screen record. If you have another method that is fine, just upload a screen recording video with NO cuts of creating 10 ebay drafts from the pictures provided.

Only candidates who have completed the test will be considered for an interview.

– Starting wage of $4 per hour, with the opportunity for increase based on performance.
