Virtual Assistant – eBay Listing Builder

We’re looking for a hard-working Virtual Assistant to join our team to help us list items on our eBay store. We sell good quality used clothes for men and women plus a few random items every now and then.

Your main responsibility is to create listings for eBay. We will provide the photos and you will then write the SEO-optimized titles based on the structure we’ll give you and ensure that the listing accurately describes the product.

We plan to scale our ebay store and you will have the opportunity to grow with us. We want to fill this position quickly. You should be able to start by July 22.

Responsibilities:
1. Review photos of clothing items uploaded to Google Drive to understand their features, condition, and unique selling points.
2. Craft compelling and keyword-rich titles for eBay listings that accurately reflect the item and increase search visibility.
3. Note flaws and other important details of the clothing items and use our description template for important information.
4. Use your knowledge of clothing styles and trends to create titles and descriptions that resonate with our target audience.
5. Adhere to listing guidelines and best practices for eBay to optimize search ranking and enhance sales performance.

Requirements:
1. Excellent command of the English language with strong written communication skills.
2. Extensive knowledge of men’s and women’s clothing styles, brands, and categories.
3. Proficiency in creating compelling and SEO-friendly content for online platforms.
4. Familiarity with eBay listing requirements and marketplace dynamics.
5. Ability to work independently and efficiently, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
6. Experience using Google Drive.
7. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in fashion retail, e-commerce, or online marketplace selling.
2. Knowledge of SEO principles and techniques for optimizing online content.
3. Experience with photography or visual merchandising concepts.

After reviewing your resume we will send you a google drive link that has 3 test items on it. Your job is to complete the title, provide at least 5 keywords for the item, and identify 3 factors/qualities of the item.
When your test listings are completed you will finish the application process and we will contact you with our decision in regards to your application.
