Job Description

Our eCommerce company is growing quickly and we are looking to hire a virtual assistant (VA) to help with our growth. Our business is focused on Amazon’s FBA program where we buy products at wholesale from brands and distributors and resell them on Amazon for a profit. We are interested in only the best attitudes.

You will be working alongside the CEO and will need to be available full-time during US working hours. The ideal candidate is honest, extremely detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, very well-organized, and reliable. Please reply with “Banana” in the subject line if you’ve read this far.

Training will be provided for all tasks. You will shadow our US team while they perform these tasks so that you can learn from watching them. This is your opportunity to get in on the ground floor to learn this business; put documentation and SOPs in place; and recruit, hire, and train other VAs.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Administrative Support:**
– Manage and organize emails, appointments, and calendars.
– Handle travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.
– Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.

2. **Communication:**
– Act as a point of contact between the team and clients.
– Respond to emails and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

3. **Task Management:**
– Prioritize and manage tasks efficiently.
– Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and calls.

4. **Data Entry and Organization:**
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
– Organize and file documents in cloud-based storage systems.

5. **Research:**
– Conduct online research on various topics as needed.
– Compile information and present findings in a clear format.

6. **Technical Support:**
– Provide basic technical support related to virtual meetings and collaboration tools.

7. **Collaboration:**
– Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations.
– Collaborate on projects and contribute to team success.

**Qualifications:**

1. Strong organizational and time management skills.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
4. Familiarity with virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
5. Ability to work independently and remotely.
6. High level of confidentiality and discretion.
7. Tech-savvy with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
