**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant (Email) to join our team remotely. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage email campaigns and follow-ups to our client database using our CRM system (Lofty). The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for sending properties that fit the leads’ criteria, scheduling showings, and coordinating appointments with the team’s calendars.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Manage email campaigns and follow-ups to our client database using our CRM system (Lofty).
– Send properties that match the leads’ criteria and interests, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
– Schedule showings and appointments with leads, coordinating with the team’s calendars.
– Communicate effectively with clients via email, providing information, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns.
– Collaborate closely with the real estate team to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow.
– Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM system accordingly.

**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
– Excellent written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
– Proficiency in using email platforms and CRM systems (experience with Lofty CRM is a plus).
– Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and communication.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
