Chew on This is a a Growth As A Service Agency for SAAS. We’re looking for a talented and motivated Email Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our team! If you have at least 2 years of experience and a passion for crafting engaging email campaigns, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:
• Manage Email Campaigns – Create, execute, and manage email campaigns that promote our products, services, or events.
• Write Engaging Content – Craft email copy that grabs attention and aligns with our brand voice.
• Design Emails – Use design tools to create visually appealing email templates.
• Segment and Personalize – Implement strategies to segment our email lists and personalize content for better engagement.
• A/B Testing – Test different elements of emails (like subject lines and visuals) to see what works best.
• Analyze Performance – Keep an eye on campaign metrics (open rates, clicks, conversions) and share insights to improve future campaigns.
• Maintain Email Lists – Keep our email lists up-to-date and compliant with data protection regulations.
• Collaborate – Work closely with the marketing team to make sure our email campaigns fit into our overall strategy.
• Automate – Set up and manage automated email workflows to nurture leads and retain customers.
• Ensure Compliance – Make sure all our email campaigns follow the necessary regulations (like CAN-SPAM and GDPR).

What We’re Looking For:
– At least 2 years of experience in email marketing or a similar role.
– Highly proficient with email marketing platforms especially Klaviyo.
– A good grasp of email marketing best practices.
– Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
– Experience with HTML and email design tools (like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
– An analytical mindset to interpret data and suggest improvements.
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively.
– Comfortable working independently and remotely.
– Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a bonus.
– Understanding of data protection regulations and compliance.
