Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and messages on Etsy within 24 hours.
Address customer feedback, reviews, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Foster positive customer relationships through effective communication.
Listing Management:
Listing new designs, descriptions, attributes, and tags.
Update and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, and images.
Implement changes to reflect new designs, pricing, and mockups.
Ensure product listings are accurate, appealing, and aligned with the store’s brand.
Marketing Support:
Collaborate with the store manager to execute marketing strategies, discounts, and promotions.
Contribute to social media marketing efforts by providing content and visuals.
Assist in creating engaging email marketing messages to communicate with customers.
Customer Support Documentation:
Collaborate with the team to track customer trends and patterns.
Administrative Tasks:
Provide general administrative support, including data entry and record keeping.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating team meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
Continuous Learning and Improvement:
Stay informed about Etsy’s policies, updates, and best practices to provide accurate information.

Qualifications:
