Job Description

We are seeking a proficient Virtual Assistant with excellent Excel and Office Suite skills to provide comprehensive data entry and administrative support. Prior experience in accounts and knowledge of MYOB and Shopify are beneficial. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of working autonomously, and have high attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities or Priorities:
• Accurate data entry of account invoices and verification of prices against purchase order emails.
• Monitoring and timely response to emails, particularly related to accounts and inquiries.
• Efficient data entry tasks, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Editing and uploading products to the company website using Shopify.
• Creation and management of spreadsheets, including master sheets sourced from various formats.
• Compilation and entry of product information into an Excel database.
• Assisting with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Skills:
• Outlook – Office Suite proficiency.
• Excel proficiency.
• G Suite familiarity.
• Data entry accuracy and efficiency.
• Good mathematical skills.
• Autonomy: Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
• Fast Learner: Adaptability to new tools, processes, and systems.
• Computer Proficiency: Comfortable with using computers for various tasks, including basic mathematical calculations.

Prior Experience or Industry Background:
• Stable employment history with a track record of longer tenures at previous positions.
• Proficiency in Excel is essential.
• Some background in accounting is preferred.
