I am seeking a part-time or full-time virtual assistant who is proficient in English (Spanish is a plus). Responsibilities include organizing client files, managing spreadsheets, and handling tasks that ensure the functionality and performance of the business. Some of the tasks required.
– Coordinate and schedule calls and appointments.
– Screen emails.
– Add people and update contacts on CRM
– Perform light receptionist duties.
– Maintain the books, create and send invoices, chase down payments
– Make Purchases.
– Schedule Social Media
– Maintain a virtual assistant manual.
Pay: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.

About Me:
I own three different companies, Marry Me Sign, Elite Gender Reveal, and a Real estate business. On Marry Me Sign we specialize on doing engagement wedding proposals for our clients, and you will be involved in this one the most.
