Work Schedule: Full-time commitment with some overlap during UK business hours (Your local afternoon/evening).

Your Role:
You’ll support our MD with operations, administrative tasks and in creating SOPs. Tech savvy, you play a pivotal role in enhancing our executive search operations and supporting our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily administrative functions: Application management, CV design, profile updates, and parsing profiles from platforms like LinkedIn onto our database inline with search assignments within the tech sector.
Efficiently manage and keep Asana updated.
Strengthen and maintain our candidate data for optimal recruitment campaigns.
Ensure our database remains current.
Source candidate and prospect contact details.
Spearhead market mapping via LinkedIn and other platforms.
Lead Generation – Identify leads.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Creating SOPs, and documenting these.

What We’re Looking For:

Mastery in Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
A rapid learner with the aptitude for multifaceted procedures.
Rigorous attention to detail.
Stellar English communication skills.
A knack for organization, prioritization, and timely task execution.
Intrinsic motivation.

Bonus Points:

Experience with Loxo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, SalesQL, and Asana.
Familiarity with a recruitment CRM and ATS.
