Job Title: Executive Assistant to Founder of SEO Agency

Location: Remote

About Us:

MADX is a leading SEO agency dedicated to driving our clients’ growth through strategic online marketing initiatives. We are currently seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to support our Founders with a multitude of administrative duties.

Job Description:

The Executive Assistant will be directly supporting our Founder with business development, sales support, agency administration, emailing, proposal building, team mentorship, and hiring coordination. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

– Provide direct administrative support to the Founder, including scheduling, correspondence, and preparing reports.
– Assist with the development and execution of business strategies.
– Draft and send professional emails to clients, partners, and staff members.
– Assist with proposal building, including drafting, editing, and proofreading.
– Support the CEO in mentoring and guiding the team, coordinating team meetings, and managing team communications.
– Coordinate and streamline hiring processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
– Manage internal and external communication, acting as the liaison between the CEO, clients, and team members.
– Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
– Conduct research and provide analysis as needed.
– Assist in special projects as assigned by the CEO.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
– Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is highly advantageous.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
– Experience with project management and task coordination.
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
– High degree of professionalism and ability to deal with confidential information.
