Job Title: Virtual Assistant / Executive Assistant for Ecommerce Support, Product Research, and Customer Service

Location: Remote

Position Type: Gig with opportunity for successful candidate to proceed to Part-time/Full-time hire, Virtual Assistant.

Introduction:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our ecommerce activities, conducting product research, providing operational support, delivering exceptional customer service, and performing executive assistant duties. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, allowing you to contribute to our team from anywhere.

Responsibilities:
– Assist with various ecommerce activities, including product listing, inventory management, and order processing across multiple platforms.
– Conduct comprehensive product research, analysing market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify potential opportunities and optimise our product offerings.
– Provide operational support by gathering data, preparing reports, and assisting with process improvements to enhance efficiency.
– Handle customer service inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
– Perform ad-hoc tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and scheduling appointments as required.
– Act as an executive assistant, managing calendars, scheduling meetings
– Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the executive team.
– Conduct research, compile data, and create insightful reports for decision-making purposes.
– Assist in managing projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
– Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
– Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external stakeholders through various channels, including email, chat, and video conferencing.
– Adapt quickly to changing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of tasks.
– Proactively suggest improvements to ecommerce processes, customer service strategies, and executive support activities based on feedback and industry best practices.

Qualifications:
– Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and clarity.
– Proficiency in ecommerce platforms, product listing, inventory management, and order processing.
– Familiarity with conducting online research, analysing data, and presenting findings in a concise manner.
– Experience in providing customer service support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
– Previous experience in executive assistant roles, managing calendars, coordinating travel, and preparing reports.
– Comfortable using productivity tools and software, such as project management systems, spreadsheets, and communication platforms.
– Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
– Comfortable working in a remote/virtual environment and using virtual collaboration tools.
– A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
