About the Position
We are looking for a fun, hardworking, energetic and enthusiastic Virtual Assistant who can handle daily responsibilities that includes digital marketer, social media marketing and online sales. Must be able to work remotely. You’ll support the company with marketing, advertising and promotions across all available platforms.
You’ll also help with things like market research, tracking trends, creating spreadsheets, and breaking down analytics. You’ll also work on web and social media pages, write copy, and create content pulling from resources we provide. You’ll also help optimize the company’s websites for SEO purposes, send and receive emails, and upload internet listings data. This is a subordinate position meaning you won’t have any employees to supervise or manage (no direct reports). It’s non-supervisory, and compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Experience: (desired, but not required)
Working in marketing, business, or related field (See Qualifications section).
Film and video, and training in video production and editing software, such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, etc.
Working with graphics, sound, digital editing tools and video.
Video, audio and graphics editing software preferred.
Advanced knowledge and experience working with computers and related digital equipment.
Working with graphics, sound, digital editing tools and video, and ad copy creation.
Working with AI driven content creation (and bots).
Advertising automation.
Online and Kindle book marketing, advertising and sales experience a plus.
Education
Completion of High School Graduation (Required)
Bachelors Degree (preferred but not required)
Qualifications
Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English, (required).
Must be an accountable, trustworthy, dependable and reliable team player.
Able to follow instructions.
Must have good interpersonal skills and flexibility.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Familiar with MS Office, CRM tools, Google AdWords, and analytics.
Ability to work fast, independently and distraction free.
Must have access and ability to use Zoom and/or Google Meet, and other programs.
