Virtual Assistant – Experience in Sales & Marketing

We are a rehabilitation/medical clinic located in Canada and we are currently looking for a great customer services operator with extensive sales experience.

Who you are:

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with past and potential customers over the phone or through text/email. You must have an innate ability to build connection and rapport easily to finalize sales and bookings.

The ideal candidate must have worked in call centers or medical facilities and have extensive experience converting leads into customers over the phone. You must possess full command of the English language and the ability to communicate in an articulate and professional manner while demonstrating empathy and an engaging personality. This position requires the ability to practice our scripts and deliver them in an effective, helpful and clear manner to callers and potential clients.

You must also be a fast learner able to quickly familiarize yourself with our different medical services in order to efficiently guide the callers to make the right decision for their health.

You must be able to work during the North – American Eastern Time Zone and must be flexible between 9:00 AM EST to 7:00 PM EST. Must be able to assist with billing, scheduling, and simple administrative duties as necessary.

What you’ll do:

Quickly assimilate our phone scripts, learn about our clinic and services in order to demonstrate the ability to convert leads into patients/clients with ease.

Consistently hit conversion targets over the phone.

Follow up and reactivate past patients.

Follow up with new leads through phone and text.

Process insurance claims on a daily basis.

Respond to requests through email and website.

Demonstrate the ability and desire to learn and grow in different areas continuously.

Able to work independently and also as part of a team.

Good organizational skills and able to handle a busy schedule.

Appointment setter experience is a PLUS.

Reliable and willing to grow in this position.

This is a permanent on-call/part-time remote position.

We require an 1 on-call/Part time VA who can be available from 9 AM to 7 PM EST as needed immediately, with the intention of transitioning to a part time permanent role in the near future.

Training and support will be provided on an ongoing basis.
