Job Description

We are looking for an experienced virtual assistant to join our team on a long-term basis. This is a full-time position, and you will work directly with the founder.

To be considered for the role, you must:

– Have a minimum of 1 – 3 years of experience in Email Outreach, Lead Generation, Data Mining and Online Research

– Be experienced in finding names, emails and verifying emails both manually or using a software

– Be experienced in performing email outreach both manually or using a software

– Be fluent in verbal and written English

– Be organized, have strong attention to detail and research skills, and be able to manage email outreach campaigns.

ABOUT THE JOB

– This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position.

– The salary is 22000 – 33000 PHP, depending on your experience.

– Your hours will be Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm Philippine time (11 am to 7 pm Australian time).

– Location: Remote / Work from home

Main Job Responsibility

– Your main responsibility will be finding leads for our email outreach.

– You will do that either manually or using the software.

– In most cases, we will give you a list of potential leads we want to reach out to, and you will need to find their details, like the name of the person to reach out to, their email address, Linkedin profile etc.

– Also, there will be times when you will need to find leads and their contact details without us providing any details to you.

– You will present the lead information in an organized way using either Google Sheets or Excel files – to be determined.

Other Job Responsibilities:

As mentioned above, your primary and most of the time only responsibility will be finding data about potential leads.

However, you might get asked to help with other tasks if required. Those tasks might include the following:

– General Administrative Assistance – providing administrative assistance to the team.

– Digital Marketing Assistance – like social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and others
