We seek a resourceful and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our team during our pre-launch phase. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the foundational aspects of our fashion business. Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks, research, and collaboration with the team to ensure the company’s smooth operation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a purpose-driven fashion brand from the ground up.

Responsibilities:
– Research on various topics related to fashion
– Coordinate with financial institutions and assist in resolving banking matters
– Collaborate remotely with the team and assist with organizing the home office
– Evaluate and recommend sustainable packaging and shipping options
– Maintain accurate record-keeping systems for inventory and expenses
– Take detailed notes during meetings and distribute them to relevant stakeholders
– Support the development of a social media strategy for brand promotion
– Assist in coordinating photoshoots and managing product samples
– Provide administrative support for various tasks as needed

Qualifications:
– Proficient in using technology, social media platforms, and relevant software applications
– Action-oriented with the ability to work independently and take initiative
– Creative mindset with interest in sustainable fashion and ethical practices
– Trustworthy and committed to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
– Eager to learn and grow in their career within the fashion industry
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
